(i) FCO telno 1462 to Washington which contains
summary of the responses in the White Paper to
to the
SCORRI recommendations relating to Hong Kong, and
provides a fairly detailed list
to make of points
with the Americans (prepared for use by Mr
Waddington, but still relevant);
(ii) the policy paper which we submitted to Ministers in
April.
