As requested in your minute of 1April I attach the top copy and four additional copies of a biography of the new Chinese Ambassador, Mr Hu Dingyi, and of a brief on UK/China relations, in preparation for Mr Hu's initial calls. Mrs Coe from this Department will be available to attend the calls on Mr Luce and the Secretary of State.
