concessions are embodied in allowing "two systems" to
flourish these cannot be allowed by China to undermine
unified national sovereignty.. ("All within the four
seas are brothers..." and all Chinese nationals will be
under one flag).

great detail many aspects of the different systems in
Hong Kong which will be able to continue after 1 July
1997. That they will do so is Chinese Government

Declaration, they will be stipulated (guiding

"a high degree of autonomy, except in foreign and defence
affairs" will "remain unchanged for 50 years".
