7. The mbassy send to the FCO the Chinese instrument of ratification, under cover of a despatch, which we retaina in Treaty Section;
8. Treaty Section then arrange public- ation in Treaty Series in both lange uages.
Very little of the above will directly concern our Embassy As we all know the Agreement has to be ratified by June 30 everything will be geared to that timetable.
