Masy (c) those working as laundrymen and tailors on r own ships
are not employees of HM Forces. They are employed on a contract basis by individual ships and there is no reason why this arrangement should not continue after 1997, although they would obviously not be recruited through the Captain-in-Charge Hong Kong.
