Subject to FCO's views, I would suggest inserting in Article 1 of the draft Order two further paragraphs as follows

"(2) This Act extends to Northern Ireland.
(3)
This Act extends to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man and to all dependent territories.".
The heading to Article 1 would then read "Citation, commencement and extent". As I understand it there are no longer any Associated States and it seems unnecessary to mention them.

Perhaps you would convey these ideas to the FCO when you send them the latest draft of the Order, and invite their comments.
