VISIT OF HONG KONG NATIONALITY TEAM OF LONDON, 29 JULY TO 1 AUGUST
1.
Mr Galsworthy wishes to host a lunch for the visiting Hong Kong Nationality 'Team' on Tuesday 30 July 1985. Financial Authority must be obtained from Hugh Morgan, PSD, who administrates the Diplomatic Service Entertainment Fund. There should be no problem with financial authority and I attach a draft minute to Mr Morgan.
2. Heads of Department are allowed a maximum of £22 per person for lunch. The minute should include the name of the venue and an estimate of the likely cost.
