6.- (1) Where a person ceases on the relevant date by

(3) A person who is a British Overseas citizen by virtue of paragraph (1) or (2) above shall cease to be such a citizen in whatever circumstances and whether under the British Nationality Act 1981 or otherwise, he acquires any other citizenship or nationality whatever.

7.-(1) The following provisions of the "British Nationality Act 1981 shall apply for the purposes of this Order as they apply for the purposes of that Act, namely
