6.- (1) Where a person ceases on the relevant date by

(2) Where a person born on or after the relevant date would, but for this paragraph, be born stateless, then, if at the time of the birth his father or mother is a British National (Overseas) or a British Overseas citizen by virtue of paragraph ( above, he shall be a British Overseas citizen.
(3) A person who is a British Overseas citizen by virtue of paragraph (1) or (2) above shall cease to be such a citizen in whatever circumstances and whether under the British Nationality Act 1981 or otherwise, he acquires any other citizenship or nationality whatever.

7.-(1) The following provisions of the "British Nationality Act 1981 shall apply for the purposes of this Order as they apply for the purposes of that Act, namely
