(d) at the time of his birth, his father or mother
was a British Dependent Territories citizen
serving outside the dependent territories
(i)
in Crown Service under the Government of
Hong Kong; or
(ii) in service on secondment from Crown
Service under the Government of Hong Kong;
or
(iii) in service under the Hong Kong Tourist
Association;
or

(iv) in service under the Hong Kong Tourist Board;
or
(e) at the time of the birth of the father or mother of
the person concerned, one of his grandparents was a
citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies or a
British-Dependent Territories citizen, as the case
may be, by virtue of his having a connection with
Hong Kong as otherwise specified in this Article;
2) the "relevant date" means 1st July 1997.
