the words "a [British Overseas national]";
(a) in section 51(3) (meaning of "citizen of United Kingdom
and Colonies" in certain contexts), at the end of
paragraph (a)(ii) there shall be inserted the words
"or who under the Hong Kong Act 1985 is a [British
Neid (Overseas)national] and at the end of paragraph (b)
there shall be inserted the words "nor a [British Nuku
(Overseas) national]".
