POSITION OF EURASIANS
38. Position will depend on whether or not individuals are Chinese
citizens under Chinese nationality law.
Chinese nationality law
states that any person born in China or abroad, one of whose parents
is a Chinese national, has Chinese nationality. If considered to be
Chinese will be treated as other ethnic Chinese BDTCs. If not will
be treated as other non-ethnic Chinese BDTCs. (See above).
