Paragraph 3(2) enables us to repeal or amend any Act, order, rule. or

regulation in SO far as it relates to Hong Kong. This will enable

us to alter British legislation which relates to Hong Kong but is

not part of the law of Hong Kong. An example would be Section 64 of

the Civil Aviation Act 1982, which would need

longer require an air transport licence from the Civil

Authority. This sub-paragraph also enables us to amend the laws of

other dependent territories if necessary.
