VISIT TO HONG KONG BY HEAD OF CHINA'S INTERPOL BUREAU

I noticed from the 7 November SCMP that Liu Wen is currently in Hong Kong at the invitation of the Royal Hong Kong Police. It would be interesting to learn in due course what, if anything, emerges from Liu Wen's visit, coming as it does nine months or so after the then Commissioner of Police visited China.
