1. In Sprague's minute of 3 April we are asked whether we wish to propose visits by the Secretary of State and the other FCO Ministers during the last quarter of 1985.
2.
A copy of the draft of the next visitors list is attached. In theory, we have a nil return to Sprague's minute. However, Mr Luce is planning a visit to Hong Kong in September and several non- FCO Ministers have proposed visits for the Autumn. For the sake of completeness, I therefore attach a draft minute to Mr Gibbs of Protocol Department.
