stop over in Hong Kong during his return journey to London from
Peking in order to brief the Governor on his visit to China. As
flight schedules demand that Mr Luce spends 10 hours in Hong Kong,
he may wish to tak e the opportunity to do a little more. He could
meet with members of UMELCO and possibly visit the new Bowring Closed Refugee Camp which Mr Hartling, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, delaying a reply to SCORRI by then,
