I am writing to confirm ny verbal invitation to you to attend the official opening of cur first Training Centre Corplex by Kis Excellency the Governor on 20 September 1585.
I understand from Mr Horace Knight that you would find it convenient to travel out here on 16 September and to return on 20 September and we have made reservations at the Fandarin Kotel for you and your Private Secretary. I will arrange outward Flight reservations on BA3 leaving London on 16 September at 1600 hours (arriving lik at 1545 hours on 17 sept) and return flights on BA20 leaving Hong Kom at 2200 hours on 20 September (arriving London at 0600 hours on 21 Sept). This is a provisional schertule are if you woul7 prefer alternative dates please do not hesitate to let me know.
