director Xu Jiatun: Under the Basic Law, HK's political system will not remain unchanged after 1997. To what extent it will be made should be discussed by the Basic Law Drafting and Consultative Committees. The general public can also express views.
Economic Journal: Elections should be held regularly so that voters and candidates can exchange what they want.
