Hong Kong have now confirmed that EXCO have agreed that the
Legislative Council (Powers and Privileges) Bill should
introduced into the Legislative Council on 15 May. The Bill was
gazetted оп 10 May, and we have now received a copy of the gazette
notice.

I therefore recommend that Mr Luce
Luce write to Mr Faulds on the
lines of the attached draft.
I apologise for the delay submitting a reply: this is due to our only just having received the
gazette notice.
