Council in regard to the services rendered by Sir Roger LOBO, Dr. Harry FANG, Mr. Francis TIEN, Mr. Alex WU, Mr. WONG Lam, Mr. Andrew SO, Mr. W.C.L. BROWN, Mr. Keith LAM and Mr. Carl
TONG.
The President suspended the sitting of the Council at 5.15 p.m.
Council resumed at 5.25 p.m.
