COMMITTEE STAGE
Council went into Committee and considered the LLOYDS BANK
(MERGER) BILL 1985.
Clauses 1, 7, 9, 13, 14 and 15 were agreed to.
Mr. W.C.L. Brown addressed the Committee and moved amendments
to clauses 2 to 6, 8, 10, 11 and 12 and the clauses, as amended, were agreed to.
Council then resumed.
THIRD READING OF BILL
Mr. W.C.L. Brown reported that the LLOYDS BANK (MERGER) BILL 1985
had passed through Committee with amendments. He moved the third reading of the bill.
Question put and agreed to.
Bill read the third time and passed.
ADJOURNMENT AND NEXT SITTING
In accordance with Standing Orders His Excellency the President
