REGIONAL COUNCIL BILL 1985
Clauses 2 to 7, 9 to 15, 17, 18, 19, 21 to 59, 61 and 62 were
agreed to.
Mr. F.K. Hu moved an amendment to clause 1, and the deletion
of clause 60. The clause as amended and the deletion were agreed to.
Mr. Peter C. Wong addressed the Committee and moved amendments
to clauses 8, 16 and 20 and the clauses, as amended, were agreed to.
New clauses 63 to 67 read the first time and ordered to be
set down for second reading under Standing Order 46(6).
Mr. F.K. Hu moved the second reading of new clauses 63 to 67.
