Trustee (Amendment) Bill 1985
Sir,
I move that the Trustee (Amendment) Bill 1985 be
read the second time.

The purpose of the proposed amendments is to
increase the percentage charges levied on trust estates
that are administered by the Official Trustee, and to
increase certain fees payable by trust companies.
