Media Arrangements

UMELCO staff will continue to be
be responsible for handling UMELCO's press arrangements and the Director of Information Services for the public relations of the Council as a whole.

The building facilities include a press gallery with 46 seats overlooking the Chamber, television camera and radio rooms and a press room. Access to these areas will be controlled by the Director of Information Services or the Clerk.
Public Galleries

There are two public galleries, one with
with 24 seats on the floor of the Chamber, and another with 46 seats on the mezzanine floor overlooking the Chamber. Except as provided in paragraph 9 below, members of the public and Government servants are welcome
