The Council considered memorandum XCR (85)7.
The Council ADVISED and the Governor ORDERED:
that the petition of the Hong
Kong Football Association Ltd at
Annex B to the memorandum should
be rejected.
The Council noted, with regard to the petition
from the Association at Annex A to the memorandum, that
the Association is already, in effect, exempt from
payment of all taxes chargeable under the Inland Revenue
Ordinance.
