The minutes of the meeting of 18 December 1984
were confirmed but it was noted, with reference to item
XA214 on page 1365, that
point had been
based on a misunderstanding which was subsequently
corrected.

The minutes of the 70th meeting of 20 December
1984 were confirmed, subject to deletion of the final
sentence of paragraph 1 of item 218 on page 1380.

The minutes of the 71st meeting of 20 December
1984 were confirmed without amendment.

membership of the CPPCC is not incompatible with
membership of District Boards, Regional Councils or the
