The Council considered memorandum XCR (85) 15.
The Council ADVISED and the Deputy to
Governor ORDERED:
in
(a) that objection No. 4 should be
rejected as recommended
paragraph 16 of the memorandum;
under section 11(2)(b) of the
Roads
(b)
(Works,
Use
and
Compensation) Ordinance (Chapter
370), that the works and the use
as described in Annex A to the
memorandum, should be authorized
subject to the modification
indicated on Drawing No. NH
5993A at Annex G to the
memorandum; and
(c) under section 11(3) of the Roads
(Works, Use and Compensation)
Ordinance, that the Governor
should exercise bis discretion
not to refer the plan, scheme
and objections to the Town
Planning Board.
