The Council ADVISED and the Governor ORDERED:
(a) that the proposals described in
paragraphs 5 to 11 of the
memorandum, should be approved
in principle; and
(b) that detailed proposals for the
necessary amendment to the Oaths
and
Declarations
Ordinance
(Chapter 11) should be prepared
for submission to the
Council
(paragraph 14 of the memorandum).
