The Council considered memorandum XCR(85)23.
The Council ADVISED and the Governor DECIDED:
(a) under section 2 of the Crown
Lands Resumption Ordinance, that
the purpose of the proposed
resumption is a public purpose;
and
(b)
under
section 3 of that
Ordinance, that the resumption
of the private land referred to
in paragraph 4
of
the
memorandum, is required for that
purpose.
