TRIAL OF COMMERCIAL CRIMES BILL 1985
Referring to the Council's discussion of the
Bill on 5 February 1985 (Item A48) the Attorney
General reported that:
(a)
an
amendment
had
been
incorporated into the Bill to
provide that where no commercial
adjudicator
remained,
should be a new trial;
there
(b)
he had concluded that it

be inappropriate to include in
the Bill a provision that in
