The Council ADVISED and the Governor ORDERED:
under section 53(4) of the
Immigration Ordinance, that the
decision of the Director of
Immigration to refuse
the
request for residence in respect
of Madam MA Hung-ying and Master
LIU Wai-tong should be confirmed.
