The Council ADVISED and the Governor ORDERED:
(a) (i) that
Commodities
the
Dutiable
(Amendment)
Bill 1985, and
(ii) that
the Road Traffic
(Driving
Licences
Regulations
and
Registration
and Licensing
of Vehicles Regulations)
(Amendment) Bill 1985,
as annexed to the
memorandum,
should be introduced
into the
Legislative Council;
(b) that
the
Inland
Revenue
(Amendment) Bill 1985 as annexed
to the memorandum should be
introduced into the Legislative
Council, subject to the addition
of a
transitional provision to
allow the
new
income
tax
concessions to apply to both
provisional and final salaries
tax assessments for 1985-86;
(c) (i) that
the Road Tunnels
(Government)
Regulations 1985,
(Amendment)
