be published (paragraph 21 of the

memorandum);

(c) that an Information Paper be presented

setting out the options open to

Government in the event that CMB's

franchise was not extended;

The Council noted the financial implications of

the implementation of the report in terms of the

possible impact upon CMB fare levels and with regard to

a probable increase in Government expenditure

(paragraphs 17 and 18 of the memorandum).

The Council asked that the Working Group should

be complimented on its Report and ΟΠ the speed with

which it had been completed.
