We agree that hawker and pitch fees in the NT should
be subject to annual review. But the practical situation
should also be taken into consideration and there should
be both increases and decreases in the adjustment.
The maximum annual increase should not be over 15%.
Fairness should be maintained in the formulation of
policy in the future with a view to protecting
the rights and interests of the hawkers.
