Introduction
Attached at Annex A for the consideration of Members are the Hawker (New Territories) (Amendment) Regulations 1985.
Purpose

The purpose of the proposed amendment regulations is to provide for increases in the hawker licence and pitch fees set out in the Third Schedule to the Hawker (New Territories) Regulations.

The existing policy on hawker licence and pitch fees the New Territories is that they should be progressively the brought into line with corresponding fees applicable in urban area.
