(d) Insert after the definition of "new structure" the following definition--

(Cap. 366.)

"Urban Council area" has the meaning assigned to it in the District Boards Ordinance.".

Delete "Director of Regional Services" and substitute the following-

"Regional Council".

Delete "District Administration" and substitute the following-

"Municipal Services".

Delete paragraph (b) of the NOTICE TO APPLICANT and substitute the following-

"(b) The Licensing Authority in respect of places of public entertainment in the Urban Council area is the Urban

Council and in the Regional

Council area is the Regional Council.

市政局是市政局轄區內公 衆娛樂場所的發牌當局, 而區域議局轄區內公衆娛 樂場所的發牌當局則是區 域議局。

Renamed as the "Places of Public En-

tertainment (Licences) (Specification of

Fees) (Urban Council Area) Notice”.

Insert after "(Fees)" the following-

In the definition of "public body" insert after paragraph (da) the following-

"(db) the Regional Council;”.

Section 4(3)(a)(i) Delete "or the Urban Council" and

substitute the following—
