Explanatory Memorandum
The object of this Bill is to confirm the appointments of certain persons, named in the Schedule to the Bill, as appointed members of the public bodies mentioned in the Bill.
2. The appointments are confirmed on a temporary basis and will expire at the
latest on the publication of a final register of voters for 1986.
3. There are no public expenditure or Public Service staffing implications.
一九八五年公務機構(確認委任議員)(暫行規定)條例草案
摘要說明
本草案目的在確認委任本草案附表內列若干位人士為本草案所提公
務機構的委任議員。
二、 上述委任僅按暫行辦法予以確認,而有關委任最遲在一九八六年度 確定選民登記冊公佈之日即告失效。
三、
本草案對政府開支和人手需求方面並沒有影響。
