THE PUBLIC BODIES (CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTED MEMBERS)
(TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ORDINANCE 1985
(No. 34 of 1985)
The object of this Ordinance is to confirm
the appointments of certain persons, named in the Schedule to the Ordinance, as appointed members of the public bodies mentioned in the Ordinance.
2. The appointments are confirmed on a temporary basis and will expire at the latest on the publication of a final register of voters for 1986.
3. Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
