NOTE FOR EXECUTIVE COUNCIL

The Clerk of Councils presents his compliments Members and is directed to forward to them a copy of a press release which will be issued to the news media at 4.00 p.m. today. Members are requested to note a change to the programme which was previously agreed. This is that the Minister of State, Mr Renton, will now attend the unveiling ceremony. He will be accompanied by the remainder of the Government House Party.

If Members have any comments on the release they are requested to inform the Clerk of Councils by 2.00 p.m. today.
