AMENDMENTS TO LETTERS PATENT AND ROYAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Further to our telegram number 479, I now enclose copies of the Hong Kong Letters Patent 1985 and the Hong Kong Additional Instructions 1985. The former were passed under the Great Seal of the Realm on 2 April, and the latter were signed by Her Majesty the Queen on 30 March.
2. I am enclosing five printed copies of each document.
