As agreed I have spoken to Mr Cartledge the M
Office about an OD (K) meeting on the amendments to the Letters Patent and Royal Instructions in Hong Kong. There is no possibility of holding an OD (K) before 26 February. A meeting on that date might be possible following a regular OD meeting and Mr Cartledge will try to pencil it in.

This timing is going to be extremely tight, and we shout should
certainly try if possible to get away with clearance out of Committee.
