Clause 46 permits the Governor in
Council to amend the First and Second Schedules.
18. The First and Second Schedules to the Bill
set out the various electoral college constituencies
and functional constituencies and electoral divisions
respectively, identify the persons eligible to be electors
in those constituencies and divisions and specify the
number of elected Members for each constituency or
division.
19. Some additional staff will be needed and the
cost of running the election in 1985 is not expected to
exceed $2 million.
