Mm Nigel Shipman
Aged 41. Joined the civil service as
Administrative Officer Staff Grade C in April 1930
after having initially come to Hong Kong in 1978 on
secondment from the UK Civil Service. He has served
in a variety of departments and branches, including
Transport Department, Social Services Branch, Education
Branch, and Trade Department, and has been a Principal
Assistant Secretary for Health and Welfare since
December 1983.
