Chairman Deng said he was confident because he believed the "one country, two systems" concept would work. Cooperation between China and Britain was very fruitful. Early in 1985 the Chinese Premier would visit the UK. Specific dates could be discussed. The Premier had not visited the UK this year because the Hong Kong quetions had not be solved and it would therefore not have been appropriate.
