Lord Kadoorie. It was agreed that it would be impossible to meet Lord Kadoorie's request to give the Prime Minister lunch at the Caslte Peck power station. But, subject to the views of the Hong Kong Government, it would be right to arrange a short personal meeting; Lord Kadoorie's personal contribution in the Guangdong nuclear project had been considerable. addition the Prime Minister should be briefed to express confidence in CLP to Chinese leaders.
