will leave through the right entrance and will be escorted by the Clerk of Councils to the Members' Area where a cocktail reception will be held. The Consular Corps will then leave through the public entrance chaperoned by the Deputy Political Adviser. The press will be contained by staff of the Information Services Department. The Prime Minister's entourage, Lady Youde and other distinguished guests will then be guided by the Deputy Clerk of Councils to the Members' Area to join the reception. They will subsequently be joined by Members of
of the Executive and Legislative Councils. (Members of the Legislative Council are requested to remain in the Chamber until the guests have made their exit.)
Car-parking arrangements

For security reasons, Members are requested to park their cars in the underground car-park of the Central Government Offices and not in the central car-park. They should instruct their chauffeurs accordingly.
