I have added a piece about detailed drafting of the Bill, based on my minute to Mr Galsworthy of today's date.

With regard to paragraph 2 of the defensive points and paragraph 4 of the background, we should not reveal to EXCO the advice given by the Attorney General without his consent. If any background briefing for the Secretary of State refers to the Attorney General's views it should quote the exact terms of the written advice he gave (which I do not have to hand).
Would it be possible to persuade your word processor that in all places the word is "adaptation" and not "adaption".
