(3) An Order under this paragraph may be made so as

to have effect from the relevant date or as respects any time

before or after that date.

(4)

A statutory instrument containing an Order under

this paragraph shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a

resolution of either House of Parliament.

Diplomatic privileges

The Diplomatic Privileges Act 1964 shall have effect

as if in Schedule 1 to that Act references to a diplomatic agent

included references to any person designated by the Government of

the People's Republic of China as a member of the Joint Liaison

Group set up under paragraph 5 of the Declaration mentioned in

section 1(2) of this Act.
