Thank you for your letter of 13 December.
I am not sure that s.1(3) of the Anguilla Act 1980 is a relevant
precedent since the expression defined there is different; and
I doubt whether Northern Ireland legislation is likely to be
relevant in the context of the Bill. Nevertheless, to be on
the safe side, I will add "and any provision contained in
Northern Ireland legislation" at the end of paragraph 3(2).
