Paragraphs 1 and 17: references to the British and Chinese Memoranda on nationality, if agreed, may be needed here.
Paragraphs 26 and 27: Whilst I appreciate why you may wish to discourage the idea that changes will be attainable, the draft may be rather too explicit on this point.
It may provoke Parliament and it may tend to foreclose options. It is legally possible to clarify or supplement a signed treaty by means of an instrument executed on ratification: this was done, I believe, in the case of the Panama Canal Treaties in response to points made by the US Congress.
