29 November at 14.15 hours and on Mr Luce at 10.00 hours.
2. I submit a brief for use by the Secretary of State and Mr Luce.
I also attach a copy of the White Paper containing the reports of the Assessment Office and Monitoring Team, together with a short
summary.
